steps for upgrade (CNTOOLS):
- run:
./guild-deploy.sh -s p
./guild-deploy.sh -s b
./guild-deploy.sh -s l
3. stop the node
4. download the bin files
./guild-deploy.sh -s d
5. download the new configuration file
6. start the node and let it sync
