chud will hopefully be out next week.
the only thing keeping him in is the failure to appear warrant. even though he was in davidson countyโs custody the night before court & then was relinquished back into montgomery county as part of what seems to be a pre-planned plot to keep him in as long as possible.
once out, chud will be evicted from the home heโs lived in for 10 years. we are looking for a new place to live, as he is now being ordered by the court to report the address of where he will be.

UPDATE: Dalton still has not received a physical Bible.
he spoke with the chaplain yesterday, who shared that the jail currently has over 400 Bibles in lockup that admin refuses to allow him to distribute.
Dalton has formally offered to pay for a Bible for every person in the Montgomery County Jail to alleviate any allegations of favoritism. still he is being denied his right to practice his religion.

Captain Jessica Oakes โ Interim Jail Administrator at Montgomery County Jail (TN) โ is personally responsible for refusing to return or replace Dalton Levi Eatherlyโs physical Bible.
They confiscated it during a cell transfer after he had it for weeks in solitary. Heโs now stuck with a broken tablet that crashes constantly and makes a PDF Bible unusable. Heโs filed 8 grievances. Heโs offered to pay for a replacement. Heโs been polite the entire time while studying Scripture daily.
Her response? All-caps: โYOU HAVE A TABLET. STOP ASKING.โ
Meanwhile, the inmate next door gets a physical Torah.
This is blatant religious discrimination, a clear violation of the First Amendment, RLUIPA, and basic constitutional rights. Pre-trial detainees do NOT lose their right to practice their faith.
Captain Jessica Oakes has the authority to fix this immediately. She chooses not to.

According to Dalton, jail staff took his Bible and have refused to return it. No explanation has been provided for why it was taken or why he is being denied access to it.

โI was in a solitary cell for the first 3 weeks with nothing but a Bible. They moved me from that cell and put me in this new cell, but for some reason took my Bible in the move. they gave me this tablet that crashes every three seconds and dies within a few hours.
Not allowed to charge it during the day so Iโm greatly limited to my access to the scriptures not to mention the user experience of being unable to navigate through the pages. Scrolling through thousands of pages of a PDF file Bible is simply insufficient and basically unusable.
Iโve asked very kindly and politely, even offering to pay whatever amount they want for a copy of the physical Bible that I for some reason had access to for weeks, but am being denied. the admin Capt Oakes is sending me ALL CAPS replies with clear frustration and vindictiveness indicating an obvious malicious interference with my religious studies.
I have had zero reports written on me and Iโve been kind and polite to all staff my entire time in here. I have been getting closer to God and studying the scripture all day everyday for the last 25 days. I have no idea why they decided to take my Bible.
Capt Oakes replying โ๐๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ ๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ฝ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐๐. ๐๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐โ seems highly unprofessional and frankly rude considering the Jewish man in the cell next to mine was rocking back and forth while reading a physical Torah in his cell today even though he has the same tablet and there is an electronic Torah on the tablet as well.
Iโve been kind about asking for a Bible but at this point these people are just violating my right to religious freedoms.โ

They interrupted my appetizers several times to tell me people who are watching the stream are calling complaining about the fact that the man they are actively trying to starve, is in the restaurant eating.

I was wrongly arrested after a restaurant who had โChudTheBuilderโ written down at the host stand before I ever walked in the door, conspired to have me charged. Then, I was held until noon on Motherโs Day. Had to cancel breakfast plans with my family.
I was interviewed by the feds and bank account frozen. All electronic devices seized, as well as my firearm. The police cleared my multi-factor authentication keys after they took all my items so now I canโt sign into any of my iCloud or any other accounts.
I could not care less about some hat. I am simply weary after 6 months of being attacked by our government for expressing the constitutional freedoms our ancestors fought and died for.
Wake up America.
Itโs not illegal for White people to say the same word they say to each other.
