I’ve always believed eduction to be the key to freedom. I feel so powerless when I read this. Is education not a basic human right? Are girls and women not human beings?
Ban on women’s work. Ban on women’s travel without a male relative. Ban on women’s visits to parks even with a male relative. Ban on girls’ secondary education. Ban on girls’ university education. Ban on women’s beauty salons & NOW; Ban on girls’ education beyond grade 3. Afghanistan is Ban-istan #StopGenderApartheid #LetAfghanGirlsLearn

Research into women’s health attracts less funding. If you don’t have time to read the paper, here is the podcast discussing with the authors. It’s a great listen when in tissue culture. podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcas…
