CDF released a request for proposals (RFP) for multi-family affordable housing projects in Cincinnati. The RFP to access $4.75MM of City Of Cincinnati ARPA funds can be found here and will remain open until January 11, 2024.

A historic moment for Hamilton County! Using $31 million in ARPA funding, we are helping our community invest in affordable housing. Today, with @CinDevFund, we announced the first $14 million to be distributed to “shovel-ready” projects.

So much good development news coming out of @walnuthillsrf. The day started with the opening of The Manse with 60 affordable units and ends with this announcement of 86 additional units at Lincoln & Gilbert. CDF is honored to play a role in both.
