My supplement stack is easier and lower than it used to be. Because taking 100mg zinc, 15g creatine, 50g whey, 3000mg lions mane, 150mg gingko biloba, and whatever else from my usual protocol has left me focused and strong. Well, focused more like dependent on 500mg caffeine and 2g L theanine. Strong dependent on water retention and high sodium. I guess the biohacking itself makes more sense with actual peptides when you’re 150% sure on what exactly you’re doing and for what purposes. Otherwise, Mg, Bs, C, Theanine all in moderation with some lifestyle basics such as circadian rhythm, daily physical movement, whole food diet and balancing your mental health with breathing and grounding do for our wellbeing enough to get us in the 5% of population. Thoughts?

Meal 2 around 1pm, 300g chicken breast or same size ground beef ~10% fat, kumara or potatoes - these are first Swedish potatoes, very sweet and juicy, one of the best potatoes I ever ate. Cooked with white buttons, spinach, turmeric and sea salt. Some egg on top of it so I can raise my cholesterol little bit more. ~650 kcal, 70g protein, 30g fat, 50g carbs. That puts me on ~1400 kcal and 150g protein without meal 3 which is most of days some piece of seafood or chicken in job before my shift around 4pm. So I am everyday under 2k kcal while hitting 180-200g protein, high fat, low carb. Clean whole foods diet. It works perfectly for my body composition and overall current life phase.
My everyday meal 1 after breaking 17h fast since I am in Sweden. 9am after fasted calisthenics workout. 6-8 eggs, 100g lax, 1/2 avocado, 1 cucumber, shrimps or greek yogurt on the side occasionally. ~1 tsp sea salt, black pepper. ~800 kcal, 80g protein, 50g fat, 20g carbs That’s basically half of my protein goal within one meal - cheap, easy to make, super healthy and tasty. Zyns for aura. 😀

I have started my full time job this Monday in 🇸🇪 Kiruna hotel as a full time bartender. So I won’t post often this summer because my plan is to use this 3 month fixed contract not to stay here despite I can but to rebuild my physique, money and nervous system but my work schedule is retarded so I’m hoping for best. 😁

I want to share something from my winter containment. I have gone ghost and silent in last December, due to some personal reasons. I stopped coaching my clients, going to the gym, seeing friends and talking basically to anyone who was not part of the functional structure like work, roommate and so. I’ve been training every single morning regardless. In the cold, wind, freezing, whatever, 7am in my most important spot - Stromovka. I call it Teldrassil, only WoW players would understand. That said, I was maintaining my physique, I was under big mental load so I couldn’t train around people or do some PRs. But the physical training was a method, the internal training was the target. I have come over life important and demanding quests just because I was able to wake up at 5am and do the 1-2h precise movement in the dark and cold when no one saw me, no one knew. I am not saying it solved all my problems, but it moved the needle more than anything. I will remain to do it until I can, I hope I can do it forever. This is not a typical fitness path, I don’t see myself hitting double my weight on deadlift but I see myself standing in the most difficult situations unbent and if I’d bent then only because of spinal stretches.

🇸🇪 I’m the Sweden maximalist rn. The cleanest energy drink probably on the market. Seafood cheap everywhere. Every apartment building has its own laundry room and sauna. Rent cheaper than in Czech Republic. Wtf, Sweden is the mf.

Guys, I have signed a full time job contract today, had first meet with my managers in person and next Monday I am starting as a bartender in the Scandic hotel in Kiruna. Sweden is really kind and welcoming to me and I will do my best to pay it back with my honest work and gratitude. Thank you 🇸🇪!

GM from the north, where the sun is never setting down in summer. I woke up for the first time in almost a decade alone in the flat, which I have only for myself. That could be normal for someone, for others even depressing, but I am grateful for it. Because I have had over 100 roommates in the last 5 years or so. That said, I have unpacked my big Osprey last night for the first time since I left Prague, and I have realized that I left over 70% clothes on the street for homeless. So I could make a space for my fitness and coaching notes, certificates and supplements. The packing was not for a trip, I left for an adventure with no clear coming back to Czech. I could explain more but that is not necessary. I am grateful and satisfied like this, the hard and uncertain path, in the world of unknown makes me alive. It is my nature. I am writing these words on twitter mostly for myself but you need to know that the normal life means very different things for each of us and that means there is not such a normal life, just you and your mind which will show you the correct direction. Have a pleasant morning lads. ✌🏼
