Meal 2 around 1pm,
300g chicken breast or same size ground beef ~10% fat, kumara or potatoes - these are first Swedish potatoes, very sweet and juicy, one of the best potatoes I ever ate.
Cooked with white buttons, spinach, turmeric and sea salt.
Some egg on top of it so I can raise my cholesterol little bit more.
~650 kcal, 70g protein, 30g fat, 50g carbs.
That puts me on ~1400 kcal and 150g protein without meal 3 which is most of days some piece of seafood or chicken in job before my shift around 4pm.
So I am everyday under 2k kcal while hitting 180-200g protein, high fat, low carb. Clean whole foods diet.
It works perfectly for my body composition and overall current life phase.
My everyday meal 1 after breaking 17h fast since I am in Sweden.
9am after fasted calisthenics workout.
6-8 eggs, 100g lax, 1/2 avocado, 1 cucumber, shrimps or greek yogurt on the side occasionally.
~1 tsp sea salt, black pepper.
~800 kcal, 80g protein, 50g fat, 20g carbs
That’s basically half of my protein goal within one meal - cheap, easy to make, super healthy and tasty.
