Despite some of the current rhetoric, it’s important to remember that a vast majority of Americans across the political spectrum believe political violence against elected officials is unacceptable.
However, a small # of individuals (7%) do find physical violence acceptable.

Lastly, Black voters are not only more likely to take action to address climate change but are also less polarized in their perception of the government’s response, with just 8.1% stating that the government’s response is too strong.
