This is on the western edge of the Soulard neighborhood and borders I-55.
Design matches the neighborhood.

The former Crowne Plaza Hotel (southern most tower) continues to sit empty. Most recently a redevelopment plan for, I think, timeshares was presented but hasn't moved forward.
And honestly, who'd want a timeshare these days?
Come up with a better plan that's truly valuable.

Demolition work continues on the Millennium Hotel. Windows have been removed from the former revolving restaurant.
A floor-by-floor demolition of the tower will soon commence.

The redevelopment of the Jefferson Arms Building into apartments, an AC Hotel, and retail/restaurant spaces continues.
It doesn't appear that there's too much work left to complete.

Scaffolding is going up on the sidewalks around the Chemical Building, likely to protect pedestrians from any falling debris as the building continues to sit and await any successful redevelopment initiative.
It's currently under contract and could become apartments and a hotel.

Demolition on the remaining portions of the Crunden Martin complex will begin shortly. After the large fire last fall, this site has been a ruin. Some bricks are being preserved.
Nothing has been announced for what this site might have built on it in the future.
