On March 4, the City of High Point launches a new customer service portal with 24/7 access, real-time usage tracking, smart meter data, online bill downloads and service requests.
City of High Point facilities will reopen tomorrow, Feb. 3, 2026, at 10 a.m. Residents may once again access City offices, facilities, and services after this time. Residents are asked to continue to drive with caution.
