We are delighted to hear that the PVG fee for volunteers will continue to be free. The volunteer workforce across sport in Scotland are essential and need to be supported. The decision made recognises the vital role volunteers play in Scotland`s society.

Scottish ClubSport is delighted to confirm the Scottish Government will continue to waive PVG fees for volunteers from qualifying organisations. They responded to the public consultation & wrote to Scottish Government Ministers - championing local sport at a national level.

Senior Sports Personality – Sandra Mitusch, Athletics. Winning gold for GB 4×200 relay at the World Masters Indoors. She is currently Scottish 100m and 200m holder, 7th in Britain and 27th in world. Also in the top 3 were Sharon Crossan for hockey and Lucy Macnair for water polo.
