We talked about the positives and negatives of working alone compared to working in a team. We then introduced the topic of entrepreneurship and discussed what an entrepreneur is. Young people researched and talked about different business people and their ideas.

Later, we completed another communication icebreaker where participants worked in unusual pairs or groups, asked each other questions, and then changed partners to see how much information they could remember about one another.

From 12pm to 1pm, we had the @EngagementRaf #CRN-CareersEngageScotland session where participants researched what the RAF is and started preparing one question and a short PowerPoint presentation.

After the RAF session, we spent time playing teamwork and communication games and repeating some of the earlier activities to continue building confidence, communication, and teamwork skills.
