Dear @bhash I am extremelyfrustrated.It is very disappointing to see my bike lying outside the Ola Center in a dirty condition for such a long time without any proper resolution. Seeing a vehicle that I purchased with my hardearned money being left n neglected is unacceptable.

Absolutely fed up with @OlaElectric service.Ticket 12820028 was shamelessly closed without any resolution.This is beyond pathetic customer support. Stop closing tickets just to hide unresolved issues and start taking responsibility for customers.@bhash

Mr.@bhash Really disappointed with @OlaElectric customer support. Spent nearly 30 minutes on call without getting any proper response&the call was disconnected abruptly.Kindly look into this matter and train your support staff on how to communicate professionally with customers.
