Conrats to Lan and Graham! We’re so proud to see both Lan and Graham Herterich recognised at this year’s @BlasNahEireann Awards. Graham won Gold for his Tea & Stout Brack and Bronze for his Cherry & Almond Brack. Lan also took home honours for her fantastic creations! Well done!!

This will suit bakers with early wholesale orders (eg for cafés, hotels and markets) as well as bakeries needing overflow space. It will also suit cafés or restaurants who are currently outsourcing their baked products but want to produce 'in-house' and need a flexible space. 2/3
