Some people suggest that while green is expensive, the benefits are much greater Well, no: The benefit of net-zero is $4.5 trillion/year, but the cost $27 trillion (much larger costs and benefits, because we're currently only doing a bit of net-zero currently) x.com/BjornLomborg/status/17… You can see all the references in my Twitter thread: x.com/BjornLomborg/status/19…
Climate campaigners tell you green is cheap It isn't Global green transition cost is now $14 trillion, rising with over $2 trillion/year (2% of global GDP) 105x our spending to avoid hunger Still, CO₂ emissions set another record last year assets.bbhub.io/professional…

On billionaires' melting climate funding: Morano: Jeff Bezos is not even funding a third of his $10 billion climate change. This was supposed to save the world. Then you have the Zuckerberg foundation with Mark Zuckerberg, Meta, Facebook, they’re closing up shop, you have Bill Gates shutting down, or severely curtailing funding, and now actually funding climate skeptics. Why is Bill Gates doing that? Well, first off, Bill Gates now says climate isn’t a catastrophe. He’s being attacked by Al Gore at the United Nations and climate summits, and Bill Gates is all in on AI. AI, whether it’s Bezos, Meta, or any of these billionaires, is not compatible with Net Zero in the climate agenda, and that is driving it. But also give credit to EPA Chief Lee Zeldin and President Donald Trump for flipping the narrative on climate. Just no one’s interested in this, and the billionaires are now seeking greener pastures.

The Bottom Line – Fox Business – Broadcast June 10, 2026 Marc Morano: They talk about Trump Derangement Syndrome. This is clearly Climate Derangement Syndrome or CDS. Every event that happens now has to be destroyed by climate change. This is a group called Climate Central, which did this ridiculous, extreme modeling scenario of the 80%, 81% chance by the year. 2040, that this city could have a high temperature of X, and that could affect future games. We now have the major media, corporate media, and climate activists saying that climate change is going to cause people to drink more because they drink more in hot weather. And you’re going to have worse hangovers because the impact of alcohol is going to be worse in hot weather. The players, according to the United Nations — which is even getting into this now —  are going to run slower. So these drunk, badly drunk, hungover fans are going to be watching extra slow players, which I guess won’t matter because they’re going to have beer goggles on anyway, and the players are going to look fast to them. They are calling the World Cup, ‘the most dangerous games’, and it’s supposed to be the highest carbon footprint ever for any sporting event. And on top of all of that, they’re saying that they’re not even going to be able to continue to play these games because of the extreme heat in the future, and they’re going to have to move it to a different season. This is just like Bizarro World. Just when you think you’re out of the climate alarmism — they pull you back in for the World Cup. It is so much nonsense. By the way, the hottest decade and the hottest years were in the 1930s, according to the EPA, under both Biden and Obama, with the 1930s in the United States. So if we were holding the World Cup in the 1930s, temperatures would likely be hotter than they are today in the United States.

What is going on at the Justice Department? Here's more evidence that President Trump and his lawyers at the Justice Department really have better things to do than wasting time on the name of the Kennedy Center: "DOE head says agency didn’t punish blue states. His lawyers admit it did." washingtonpost.com/business/… Last week, I revealed the disconnect regarding what EPA was doing on the endangerment finding and what the Deep-Staters at the Justice Department were saying about EPA authority over greenhouse gas regulation. dailywire.com/news/trumps-en… Please, Trump administration: Let's dial back into the MAGA agenda.

This video from Royalty Auto Service explores the ongoing battle between vehicle owners, manufacturers, and the Right to Repair movement. It discusses concerns that major automakers like Ford and General Motors are lobbying to restrict consumer and independent shop access to vehicle diagnostics, software, and repair information. Key themes include: The Right to Repair: (0:26, 3:23) The video highlights a meeting between automotive executives (including those from Ford, GM, and Roger Penske) and President Trump, during which concerns were raised that manufacturers are actively trying to prevent individuals from fixing their own vehicles. Software Control: (4:20 - 5:29) Modern vehicles rely heavily on proprietary software. Manufacturers argue that providing open access could lead to security risks and hacking of autonomous systems, while critics argue this is a pretext to force owners to use dealer-only services. Monopolizing Repairs: (9:19 - 11:53) The video points out that as market share for independent repair shops grows, manufacturers are seeking to capture more profit by limiting repair options, effectively shifting the model from owning a vehicle to essentially "renting" its features through software subscriptions. The "Worthless" Vehicle: (7:50 - 8:41) A major concern is that if a manufacturer stops supporting or providing parts for a model—and forbids others from creating them—the vehicle could become completely unusable, impacting the consumer's long-term investment. The Call to Action: (13:52 - 14:46) The host emphasizes that consumers should contact their legislators to support the right to repair, arguing that public participation is more powerful than corporate lobbying. youtu.be/tT3yncQWSmQ?is=pIKu…

Time Mag: How Climate Change is Making Your Life More Expensive - In a study released this week by the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication and the George Mason University Center for Climate Change Communication, 67% of American voters said they think global warming is affecting the cost of living in the United States, while 64% said it is affecting their own cost of living, pointing to increasing costs of home utility bills, groceries, and home insurance, among other things.  They’re not wrong. Extreme weather driven by climate change is pushing up prices for everyone. One April paper published by Brookings Papers on Economic Activity found that climate change is already costing U.S. households between $400 and $900 a year, on average. time.com/article/2026/06/11/…
