The Thirteenth Amendment allows states to continue with Involuntary Servitude (Slavery) for prisoners. The story of Angola (the former slave plantation) now Louisiana State Penitentiary Slave Plantation tells us why this is such a terrible idea. theappeal.org/angola-farm-li…

It is worth reminding everyone that, statistically, more crimes are committed by the masked white men wearing black (doing these atrocities to people of colour they think aren't 'British') than by any other group. Maybe they will decide to deport themselves...
This is possibly the saddest thing I've seen in a long time..an immigrant nurse talking about fleeing her home..she saved her UNIFORM. So she could still WORK for our communities. I'd fill this country with a thousand of this woman than one of those good for nothing thugs. God help this poor woman.

I am afraid Rupert Lowe was a racist fool when he was a junior boy at my school, & nothing much has changed. I rather think our country would be better without Rupert (though I can't say that even though his "evil is so irredeemable" I don't favour him being executed)...
🚨 JUST IN: Elon Musk endorses Restore Britain leader Rupert Lowe's proposal to EXECUTE Henry Nowak's killer — Vickrum Digwa — and to CRIMINALLY CHARGE the officers who allowed his murder, plus deporting the killer's family ELON: "It is this or death." 💯 LOWE: "Keeping this savage alive serves nobody. The police officers on the scene who allowed Henry to die will face criminal charges for gross negligence manslaughter. Digwa's foreign family will be deported." "Laws will change, the country will change, everything will change. Order will be restored, the law will be restored. Britain will be restored." — @RupertLowe10 Britain needs major change, ASAP!

Please join me in supporting Shareef: after spending over a decade on death row for a crime he didn’t commit (when 16!), he’s traveling the country with his sons, rebuilding lives & advocating for justice (but the company is reclaiming the RV he's using). gofund.me/90ae8b5cb

Mississippi Warden Don Cabana was a very decent man doing an indecent job as best he could. The stress took him to an early grave though before that he became a great ally against the death penalty and testified for me in a number of capital trials.
Replying to @CliveSSmith
The warden Don Cabana later spoke out about the death penalty and wrote a book to help campaign against such a barbaric act.

39 yrs ago today Mississippi gassed my fundamentally decent client Edward Earl Johnson with ZyklonB for a crime he did not commit. Watch "14 Days in May" youtube.com/watch?v=Rig9LH6r… I walked with him into the chamber. "I'm at peace with my God, Warden," he said. "Are you with yours?"

Good work by @Beltrew on the tragic tale of Jack Letts & the UKs rather pathetic sacrifice of a troubled lad on the altar of pretending to be tough the-independent.com/news/wor… I hope we will get him out of Iraq soon, with or without government help.

Extraordinary! Read this from start to finish: for this eloquent closing speech on behalf of the Palestine Action activists, Rajiv Menon KC was held in contempt of court by the trial judge realmedia.press/the-filton-t… (later vacated but surely evincing bias?)
