It allows only those vape companies that have been approved by the FDA to sell their wares in SanFran. And do you know how many have been approved? NONE OF THEM. ZIP. ZERO. ZILCH. Kids, I don't know how to say this, but vaping will kill you. And, it's really, really dumb.
