The CMS muon subsystems are collaborating for the detection of muons during the first collisions of the LHC Run-3, just like the crew worked hard together in the preparation for it!

The CMS detector lights up when the LHC makes a 💥beam splash💥 and many many muons move horizontally through the experiment. These muons leave signals in the electromagnetic calorimeter 💚 and hadronic calorimeter 💙
