We're excited to announce that CoMind has secured $102.5 million in funding to help us redefine how we monitor and treat the brain.
For decades, doctors treating critically ill patients have been forced to compromise when monitoring the brain: use risky, expensive, highly invasive procedures that require drilling a hole into a patient's skull, or rely on inaccurate non-invasive monitoring that can compromise treatment decisions. Our technology resolves this dilemma for the first time.
@CoMind_ One, is designed to non-invasively measure three physiological parameters simultaneously: cerebral blood flow, cerebral autoregulation, and intracranial pressure - something that has never been possible before at the patient bedside.
Our latest round was led by Plural with participation from existing investors Angelini Ventures, LocalGlobe, Octopus Ventures, Crane, Backed VC and Entrepreneurs First. We will now be completing additional clinical trials, pursuing regulatory approval in the US, and expanding our team (we're hiring!).
