Upon learning of this incident, I immediately contacted the Commissioner of Police to inquire about the well-being of the police officers involved. My immediate concern was for the well-being of the officers involved, while respecting the ongoing investigation.

It has been an extremely busy week for all of @RGPolice Teams. From dealing with an arson attack, to serious assaults, serious domestic abuse incidents, serious road collisions and so much more. I am grateful to them all for their efforts in keeping us all safe.

Last night saw @RGPolice Response officers responding to a large fire, supporting our @Official_GFRS colleagues who bravely fought the fire and brought it under control. Today our detectives have arrested a young man. I am immensely proud of everyone’s efforts. #TogetherStonger.

A man has today been found guilty of 19 child sex offences by Gibraltar’s Supreme Court. Graham Southwell, 63, was remanded at HM Prison following the verdicts from the jury. He'll be sentenced on Dec 11. More Info: shorturl.at/YptN7 #Gibraltar @RGPolice
