The NCAA has adopted a transfer window for Division II football. Players could previously enter the portal at anytime.
Now, D-II football players will have a window that runs from Jan. 2-16.
The change will begin June 1 of this year.

Syracuse is hiring Brandon Napoleon as a defensive backs coach, sources tell me and @chris_hummer.
The former @247Sports 30 under 30 selection was defensive pass game coordinator and DB coach at Wofford. Helped Wofford rank 4th in the FCS in scoring defense and 7th in INTs.
