Oh, and @SouthwestAir , the customer service agent showed zero empathy for the fact that we now have to drive 9 hrs with 16 players who watched two other teams load a flight to San Diego. #verydisappointing

Dear #SouthwestAirlines , just wanted you to know that our entire bb team’s flight was canceled out of SJC there not being a crew available. After waiting in line for three hours and watching two other flights to San Diego depart, we get nothing but a flight credit…do better!
