Always easier to jump on the bandwagon where the grass is greener. I prefer to work from the ground up. Much more satisfying. Remember the low moments because when you beat them, it becomes much more satisfying

Per the Jefferson City School District, Capital City has hired Blair Scanlon as its next boys basketball head coach.
Scanlon is replacing Ryan Fick who is heading to Blair Oaks as the AD.
Scanlon was most recently the head girls coach at Hickman.

Blair Scanlon has been named the new boys head basketball coach at Capital City HS. Scanlon, who coached the Hickman girls team last season will take over for Ryan Fick who became the new AD at Blair Oaks. Scanlon played and coached with his dad, Jim Scanlon at Rock Bridge.
