Thing 1:
When driving onto a side street, always yield to people going straight. It has to be said because US drivers are terrible at following this rule.
Thing 2:
We're still in a phase of using the wrong terms, and language matters. This guy was riding his electric motorcycle at 40MPH on a sidewalk. The driver was already making his turn when the motorcycle tried to zip in front of him.
Calling these things e-bikes leads to all sorts of distorted impressions about electric bicycles.
Who the heck has the right of way in this situation?
I live out in the country so my head automatically goes to the vehicle having the right of way.
As fast as this e-bike is going it should have just been on the road & treated as a motorcycle.
