Exactly right!! I learned this from the first HC I worked for - Coach Danny Cronic!! He use to say - “I need you in the locker room after practice - get in amongst them!” I didn’t really get why or what he meant at first, but I got it later in my career! BUILD RELATIONSHIPS!!
