The Knights had a close one against Gretna today. The match came down to the last couple frames of the last baker game, and we lost 12-9. JV had a good baker round but still lost 13-8. Tomorrow we play Central at West Lanes. @MtMichaelAD

The bowlers faced a tougher challenge today against Elkhorn North. The varsity team lost 19-2 and JV lost 20-1. The Knights have matches with Gretna and Omaha Central over the next two days.

Another Decathlon season has come to an end! Great showing by the Knights at nationals, with 11 medals won by the team. Big shout-out to Jaxson Pigg for having the highest score for Mount Michael, and to Nathan Mullin, voted most valuable team member by his peers!

After a team meal, the decathletes got formal for their interviews. Halfway formal, anyway. Despite everyone having to flee to the basement for a tornado warning as interview ended, they all said it went well.

Twin brothers win Aca Deca titles for two different schools. @CreightonPrep was the large school champ and @Mount_Michael was the overall school champ.

The bowlers headed to districts today. Two Knights medaled: Stefano Anzalone bowled a 492 series for 10th place, and Syler Sennett had a 510 series for 8th place. The team beat Omaha Christian Academy in bracket play but fell to Skutt in the semifinals. Great season, Knights!

The bowling regular season ended today. Varsity fell to Elkhorn 19-2, but JV ended their season with a 16-5 win. Districts are next Monday!
