HS athletes need exposed way more to power, true speed and strength work. Enough w the agility drills, especially for the ones in 2-3 sports. They literally change direction hundreds of times every football, baseball, basketball, really any team sport practice.

🚨Congrats to Junior SS Caroline Barnard on being named to the Big 56 All-Section team for the second consecutive year. Caroline finished the regular season leading the team offensively with a .463 avg, 1.165 OPS, 31 H and 10 extra base hits in 18 games.
