LZHS is getting a great one! Coach T was our OC when I played at Harper College when they still had football. We won the Naty that year! 🏆

One day you’re gonna wake up and AAU basketball will be over. No more weekend tournaments, packed gyms, or team hotels. No more “one more game” next weekend. One day you’ll be out of eligibility for high school basketball. Then college basketball too. And eventually, the thing that feels like your whole world right now becomes a memory. So stop playing scared. Shoot your shot. Sprint the floor. Dive on the loose ball. Compete with confidence. Enjoy your teammates. Because one day you’ll wish you could go back and play just one more game with them. Fear and hesitation have ended way more careers than missed shots ever will. Just something to think about.

Glad to be home after a wild Louisville trip. Friday, a giant bird smashed my side mirror off. Saturday, we were rear ended by a teen in his first accident driving the car he saved up to buy. He was devastated. I gave him a hug and told him it’d be alright. Everyone was okay!

👀 The Classic is charging $90 for a weekend pass. This is the highest price I’ve ever seen for an AAU tournament boys or girls!

This is just my opinion. Coaches stop inviting kids to your elite camp unless they can attend for FREE! You send these generic emails/DM’s “this is a great opportunity to see you”, “hope you can make it” but you won’t go to any of their AAU, HS Games?! Just seems silly! 🤷🏽‍♂️
