🚨🚨 Former NFL star RB Warrick Dunn has officially reached a historic milestone, helping 250 single-parent families achieve the dream of homeownership. Inspired by his late mother—a police officer k*lled in the line of duty—Dunn's "Homes for the Holidays" has been providing fully furnished homes and down payment assistance since 1997. Dunn's mother was a corporal with the Baton Rouge Police Department and a single mother of six. In January 1993, just two days after Warrick’s 18th birthday, she was k*lled in an ambush while moonlighting as a security guard to save money for—pointedly—her first home. The conversation about who's underrated naturally centers on players, but here's another: Rays broadcaster Brian Anderson is highly underrated. Clearly very prepared, takes viewers inside the game, succinct, direct, tells you exactly what's happening -- good and bad. He should get more attention.

Rick Pitino said it best. Love without discipline spoils. Discipline without love hardens. You need both.
