I was just speaking with someone the other day about how I believe wearing crocs and flip flops all the time maybe negatively impacting them as it relates to sports, but I could be wrong because the shoes had no support back then either 🤷🏾♂️
Athletes aren’t developing their calf and quads like they used to back in the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s!
Blame the Training staffs at the highest levels for not understanding Simple Sports Performance Training!
ESPECIALLY Basketball Trainers in the Culture…all those fancy new movements and guys are tearing joints I never knew existed! 🤦🏽♂️
