Goals can focus on the process or the outcome.
“I want to get up every morning and go for a run.”
or
“I want to lose 5kg by Easter.”
Which one are you more likely to stick with once the initial motivation fades?
Water does not resist. Water is not a solid wall…but water always goes where it wants to go, nothing in the end can stand against it. Water is patient. Dripping water wears away a stone. Remember you are half water. If you can't go through an obstacle, go around it.

Just because one feels better doesn’t mean both aren’t effective at making a hole.

Keep learning. Keep asking.
