The lack of leadership at South Hills Academy blows me away.
Not only did they screw over a wonderful new Head Coach in @CoachSilvernail, they've screwed over an entire league.

Year round single sport specialization benefits the adults who can make money off of it at the expense of the childβs development.

But all of these "high level" teams are now requiring year round participation, or the cost of playing the sport is too high to do anything else. At the same time, rec leagues are dying
I do completely agree with you tho, I see it daily. Those generalist are healthier and better
