Been following my son's journey the last two years...
Makes me wanna dust off these boots and get back into coaching..
I feel I could offer so much to young players looking to develop, help create an enriched environment for an individual/Team to thrive..
Just hard with work..

Your UEFA B is a foot in the door.
However for 80% of full time positions you need UEFA A or at least your AYA and be on the path to UEFA A
And as much as it's paper, if you want to progress through it's needed.
Unless your able to fast track through the PFA..

I've worked in Men's and Women's football, Youth and Senior, Elite and Grassroots
But the fundamentals are the same
I am no longer linked with a team
But I work to support and improve players on and off the pitch through 121s or small groups

My boy has had an epic couple of weeks with his football.
Over the last 6 months his gone from strength to strength.
The journey isn't finished but it's sure exciting, and his enjoying every minute of it.

Being on the grass the last couple of weeks has made me really have to think about what I want to do.
Pursuing that FT coaching job or continue PT.... With a FT job
