The Final Four convention is truly one of my favorite events of the year. Everyone here is connected through WBB… y’all WBB! Being reunited w/ former coworkers/ friends is so good for my heart. Even the people idk at least love the game the way I do. So grateful for my career 💜

I think our game has way more costly errors like the Duke play b/c kids watch way less basketball these days.. the best way to prep for these moments is playing out as many different scenarios as you can (impossible to mimic all) in practice AND by watching others go through them

Watch @goiowa after one of her players misses a free throw. Massive, game winning, OT free throws at that. She’s instantly picking them up, staying positive with them and encouraging them to move on to the next play… that’s inspiring. That’s the type of coach I want to be.
