After years of building relationships, evaluating talent, helping athletes navigate the recruiting process, creating exposure opportunities, managing social media, designing graphics, organizing logistics, and pouring everything I have into this profession, I know one thing: I am ready for an opportunity as a Director of Football Operations. I bring more than just experience. I bring a complete plan, a relentless work ethic, and a passion for serving coaches, players, and programs at the highest level. ✔️ Recruiting experience and athlete evaluation. ✔️ Social media management and program promotion. ✔️ Graphic design and branding. ✔️ Camp planning and recruiting strategy. ✔️ Relationship building with coaches, athletes, parents, and trainers. ✔️ Day-to-day operational organization and logistics. ✔️ A servant-leader mindset that puts the program and athletes first. The reality is I’ve already been doing many of the responsibilities that come with being a DFO. I understand what it takes to keep a program running efficiently, build a strong culture, promote athletes, and support coaches in every way possible. What separates me is simple: I will outwork the competition. I am outgoing. I am persistent. I am a relationship builder. I am a problem solver. I am the person who will show up early, stay late, and do whatever it takes to help the program succeed. I don’t need years to get ready. I’m ready right now. I have ideas. I have systems. I have a plan. I have the experience. Most importantly, I have the passion and energy to make an immediate impact. All I need is one opportunity. One person willing to take a chance. Crushed Shoulders today!! Impact Strength & Performance @ISP_OKC

Spent the morning at the Oklahoma State Capital Bldg. Surrounded by public servants, important people with big titles, “Senator”, “Representative”. I walked into Clara Belle’s Coffee Shop and was greeted by this amazing young lady. After I ordered my Espresso she came out from behind the counter and said, “sir, this is God’s plan, you being in this building, he has a bigger plan for you”. I stood frozen, shaken, small tears starting to drip down my face,,, she then said, “don’t be upset, he favors you.” I sat down, she sat down next to me and shared her testimony, while also sharing the history of the Capital and her relationships with current and past Governors. Today, standing in the halls of the Capital of Oklahoma was a wonderful lady that changed my life. She didn’t have a title, or significant position, just an amazing lady with an amazing soul that walked in faith. If your in the Capital, swing by Clara Belle’s for Coffee, Breakfast or Lunch and say hi to Clara. She is the most important person in the building.
