High school football culture revolves around college football offers. Why not tell your players that it’s ok not to play college football if you don’t get that scholarship fully paid for? Instead of having that kid rack up debt just to play college ball. Explain to your players

There is other options out their then just college and playing football. Trade schools, police and fire jobs and other city government jobs. You won’t be in debt this way and these jobs can pay for your college if down the line you want a degree to move up in your career.

College football and the NFL is not for everyone all high school coaches should discuss other options beside going to college and playing college ball if it’s not in the players best interest.

High school football looks like Hollywood, this transfer thing when a player goes from school to school because they can’t handle adversity is just crazy. Then you wanna write out a statement that thanked the last coaching staff. Really?

If the coaching at your last school was so good then why would you leave? no one can handle adversity anymore. Also all these players that want to write statements and sign it and have the never to say no interviews? Repspect my decision? Really?
