While a lot of young players get hype early because they were a bit more advanced at their age and stage as 8th graders and freshman. A lot of those guys stop working! A lot of those guys think they got it figured out! While the others in his class that he grew up with Digress @Ricoblass2026 continued to get BETTER! While others lost stars he gained them! While others offers went away he stayed true and is going P4! Again this is a marathon not a sprint most don’t have the endurance to keep going! My message to my young bull! KEEP GOING! 4th star EARNED! Although that wasn’t the main goal! Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

No great coach did it without having great players. There are no geniuses, whiz kids, etc. The true genius is in knowing it’s all about the players. Great players make you look amazing, mediocre players make you look funny in the light. Being able to identify, develop, motivate, and mentally prepare the best players is the key to sustained success. It always has been and ALWAYS will be, all about the PLAYERS!
