How athletes perform across multiple attempts can tell you a lot about their needs. Gold = PR Green = best rep of the day but no PR Red = fatigued / effort rep ( <90%) The testing center in @KlerosSci allows you to quickly see everything you need to make testing into training.

Recovery for a high school athlete should be 8-9 hours of sleep at night, staying hydrated, and getting 4-5 meals a day. Keep it simple. Everything else is fluff.
