Been reflecting on this a lot since you posted it… and man it hit home.
Unbelievably thankful for the seniors we have that still show up everyday with a desire to get better & a great attitude, especially when there isn’t anything to compete for. Shows their true character! 🙌🏻
If you’re a high school S&C coach,
You know just how much you appreciate the seniors that keep training hard and hitting new bests once their final season is over.
Won’t ever take that for granted.
