Notre Dame running an off-ball 3-man game vs. N. Carolina State.
This is a best-practice 5-O path that uses an internal twist to get the looper a free lane to the RB.
The LB works to a mugged alignment and rips inside as the Nose works to the opposite A-gap.
"Picks" are a great way to counter man blocking, which is triggered by a 5-O front, especially vs. an Empty formation.
