#txed A3 - I struggle with this. When the days get busy, showing my peers the appreciation they deserve unfortunately is the first thing I cut. And I shouldn’t. I do keep a stack of blank thank you cards in my desk top drawer and try to hand write a thank you when possible!

#txed A2: I have a calendar notification set up on my phone and email every day to remind me to send an email home to a parent bragging on a student. I try and do it every day. The feedback has been very positive thus far! Every kid & parent likes to hear good things about them!

A1 #txed - I sometimes get so caught up with things on my “to do” list that I forget my “why do” list. I like to keep both lists as notes in my phone and add to them daily!
