1. SEC didn’t add anything. They have the same rules as everyone else
2. Nothing changed - this was in place last year.
Defense can stem smoothly - they can’t do anything to simulate the start of the play. This includes clapping and non-football moves like stomping.

The SEC is adding a "Delay of game - defense" penalty.
If a defensive line shifts, causing an offensive lineman to jump, it's now a defensive penalty

Word around Omaha is it’s Vitello to Texas, not Schloss. Makes more sense to me to be honest. Extremely expected behavior from Texas to fire Pierce the day of the national championship though.
