All these NFL S&C videos have been awesome. The only olympic lifts I’ve seen have been variations of Snatch & Clean Pulls. Something to think about…🤔 They hammer the basics well & in this one even did a tempo run.

I’m officially a Senior! A spectacular junior year. Finished with a GPA 3.9 & hit over .500. Special shout out to Coach Durham & Coach Spigelmyer for a great baseball season & badass fall weight room workouts. Coach put us to work early in the season. 1st 18 games tournament season against 6A competition. Seen a lot of good pitching had over 110 AB’s. We went 12-0 in district play & made it to 2nd round of playoffs. Definitely looking forward to next year. I would like to thank all the district coaches for their vote naming me 2026 District MVP. I’m honored! I would also like to thank THSBCA for selecting me to play for Team Texas this summer. I’m excited to get going this summer with Texas 12. Good luck to all of my teammates this summer!
