Just caught up with Wyoming All-American Josh Adams on his upcoming induction in the school's HOF.
How does he want Cowboys fans to remember him?
โMore than anything, I want (people to know) that I put my heart and soul into every possession and every second, not only when I was on the court for games, but in practice, workouts and training.
"I was unapologetically myself. I led with my heart. I wore my heart on my sleeve, and Iโm forever grateful that Wyoming embraced me in that sense and didnโt try to change me, but tried to harness it and point me in the right direction, starting with coach (Larry Shyatt), whoโs another father figure to me.
โJust remember me as Cowboy tough and that I hate the CSU Rams more than most things. Through my mistakes and my shortcomings, both on the court and off the court, the Cowboy family supported me and loved me. That kind of validation and acceptance means the world to me.โ
