I could not be prouder of this young man and the journey he has taken. He put the team first, switched to goalkeeper for his senior year, and embraced the challenge. Now he’s earned the opportunity to play at the next level. Congratulations Carlos well deserved!

1. Keep a manager you're not sure about and give him 300 million then sack him 2 months later.
2. Appoint a 10/10 (Sir Jim's words) DOF then sack him after 3 months because you don't like his advice.
3. Bring in a manager with a totally different philosophy to the team and players. Sack him after a year.
