First VCT stage win 🏆 Couldn’t be happier with everyone’s efforts throughout the whole year. We should so much grit today. Even if we lost, I was proud of the lads. We played 13 maps in three days and each series went down to the wire. We hoped for shorter series but we prepped for the marathon. We take some needed rest before we head to Masters London and then EWC in Paris. 🌭 #G2win

Honestly could have gone either way but I’m happy we were able to close it out and get a chance for revenge vs LEV Playing three series back to back is tough but it’s a nice test of our endurance and ability to iterate akin to internationals No matter the result we will enjoy the occasion and give our best 🌭 * shoutout to the coaches and players. There were times where we struggling individually but we supported each other as a team, whether that was an arm round the shoulder or direct conversion that needed to be had.

Performance coaches, what's the biggest gap in your business knowledge right now?

Feedback like this has a place and a time. It’s not inherently bad some of the time but it’s a major issue if the coach only has this one tool that he uses. Does anyone have videos where he uses anything other than demeaning and harsh feedback? (Genuinely curious). Not everything has to be rainbows and butterflies but a good coach can read the room and adapt his communication style to match what his team needs. As a coach, and you only have one mode, then the types of players you can work with are quite limited.
