Drexel wasn’t phased by an 0-3 start in conference play. They stuck to their process - stack days, practices, games, and ultimately wins.
They’re playing as well as anybody on the defensive end since the turn of the new year, and aren’t a finished product yet.
As this group has gotten game reps under their belt, they’ve improved dramatically and have the CAA’s best defense.
And now, the team picked 10th out of 13 teams in the CAA preseason poll has exceeded expectations up to this point, with March fast approaching.
