Started this healthy lifestyle journey 6 months ago. Wanted to change my habits and be a better version of myself for my loved ones. Have had my challenges but kept moving forwards! My morning walk was the start bc it seemed the easiest thing to do. Now it’s a must. Sometimes in the dark, some with a sunrise but the world at this time is peaceful, calm and quiet. Time to get clarity on my day, reflect and plan moving forwards. 1 step at a time- I’m going to accomplish my goals- being healthy, being a great husband & dad, creating memories & win a lot of games this season!
