Starting June 8, the East End stairs of the Cumberland Bridge will be closed. There will be no access to the sidewalk from the stairwell towards the entrance of the venue. The bridge elevator will remain operational. Pedestrian traffic should use Galleria Parkway as detour route

Happy #EarthDay! 🌱 Did you know that during our expansion and renovation project, we have recycled over 1,288 tons of metal, concrete, and more? That’s more than 40% of materials from the mall demolition, all diverted from landfills. #EarthDay2026

Now that demo is done, we've started to build out the convention center expansion. Close to 200 trades are on site working on foundations, footings, concrete pouring, steel erection, decking & more. We're slated for an early 2027 completion while we're currently hosting events.
