Let’s hear from the @CockfostersFC stand in skipper @JLovell93 ahead of these weekends highly anticipated FA Vase Final. We asked him his thoughts on potentially walking his side out under the Wembley arches and the achievement of reaching the final. Jay Lovell 🗣️ If I'm walking my team out at Wembley it will be an amazing achievement and a once in a lifetime moment. However I've only been filling in for Matty Thompson so who knows what the day will bring. I mean it's the biggest achievable occasion there is within our level of football. You can go far in the FA Cup but realistically you are never going to win it. Just getting to the final has been massive for the club and everyone involved. Id have never ever thought a small club like Cockfosters making it to the FA vase final and playing at Wembley.

And that’s a wrap @CockfostersDev. Season done. Reserves manager is a tough gig with little reward but feel I can hold my head high this season. We played some good football I felt. Had a few lows but overall proud of the core of squad we had.
