Do they get matured after gaining years of experience or only mature, clear people, tend to stay longer in the industry!!?? Keine Ahnung 🤷🏼♀️

One of the day-to-day tasks of a developer is code reviews 🧐. I think it is a struggle to review the code on a new project (at least for me)
An article by “eng-practices” is pretty good and gives an idea about things to look for in the merge/pull request.

Good read on how Gumroad experiments with work, structure, hiring, and compensation. Re: part time... Little known fact: I hired @dhh quarter-time (10 hours a week) to build Basecamp way back in 2003. That's all he had, and we made it work.

Started working for Codecouch. Didn't realize how may day passed, have taken no breaks! Not looked at the clock to end the day!
So much freedom to work on stuff I love, learn things without any time restrictions!
