Code Ocean and Columbia University joined forces to organize a two-part RADcamp workshop focused on how to generate DNA libraries for #Illumina sequencing. https://bit.ly/43RcwGx The first part of the workshop, held in May, brought together scientists from all around the world. Bringing their own DNA samples, participants had the opportunity to learn and use wet lab tools. The success of the first workshop has paved the way for an eagerly anticipated second workshop happening this weekend (June 11th-12th), where attendees will learn how to analyze their data using Code Ocean.
